Meet Malika
I am a qualified counsellor at KASP working within a pluralistic approach, recognising that everyone’s experiences are unique and that different approaches can be helpful at different times. I believe counselling can offer a supportive space to explore the challenges that may be holding you back, while helping you discover your strengths, values, and personal resources.
I aim to provide a safe, confidential, and welcoming space where we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship and work together in a way that feels right for you. You will be supported to share and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
I work in a compassionate, empathic, and non-judgemental way, and I strive to ensure you feel heard, respected, and valued throughout our work together.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy running, baking, and spending time with my family.
