Meet Tina
Hello. I am a pluralistic therapist with a Masters in Developmental Psychology. For the last few years, I have been working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I have experience in the areas of autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual and physical abuse, to name but a few. I am very interested in the role trauma plays in a person’s life and the effects this can have on their physical and mental wellbeing. Pluralistic counselling is a flexible, client-centred therapeutic approach that emphasises shared decision-making and integrates various therapeutic methods to meet individual client needs. The goal of pluralism is to create and develop an approach to therapy that is flexible and suited to the needs of each individual client.
