Meet Joy
Joy is an experienced and qualified manager who has been in post with KASP since April 2018.
Previously she managed Fife Women’s Aid and before that was a manager in Drug and Alcohol Project (DAPL). Joy has a vast range of skills and knowledge in the voluntary sector and is passionate about the work that KASP does in the community. Having successfully qualified as a counsellor in 2003, Joy has worked with a broad range of client issues.
As well as being a qualified counsellor, she is also a clinical supervisor, coach and experienced trainer. Joy is responsible for managing the staff team, securing funding, evidencing the work that KASP does in the communities of Fife and working closely with the Board of Trustees.
Joy recognises that she has a hard working and dedicated team working alongside her which makes her job so much easier.
