Susan started with KASP as an administration volunteer in 2003. She was fortunate to be offered the fulltime position in 2005. Susan Is primarily the first point of contact for anyone who gets in touch with KASP, whether it is by email, text, phone or by dropping into the office. She supports staff and volunteers in administration tasks if it is required. Part of her role is to meet and greet everyone when they come into KASP office and make them feel welcome. She acknowledges that it’s a privilege to get to know people who access KASP services. Susan is good at making people feel at ease and she hopes that it makes them feel safe and secure as that is what staff at KASP want, and she likes to think we achieve that.
