KASP held our open day on 30th March 2023 to celebrate our additional newly furbished counselling rooms (giving us a total of 8 rooms). Each room was decorated and displayed information on the services KASP has to offer.

Volunteer counsellors and befrienders who had (and still do) volunteer(ed) their time with KASP from very start, are individually acknowledged on frames up the stairs and throughout the main entrance. Volunteer admin were also acknowledged.

Guests were welcomed with tea and coffee, a range of delicious sandwiches, sausage rolls and cakes supplied by Hug in a Mug based in Kirkcaldy.

All staff attended and some of the befriender volunteers, the counselling volunteers and one volunteer Trustee.

The day was a fantastic opportunity for other professionals to find out exactly what KASP has to offer. Our guests worked their way through the different rooms and spoke to individual staff and volunteers. Lots of connections were made on the day. Our staff also thoroughly enjoyed the day and learned more about some of the agencies who came through the door.
