Meet Connie
Hi, I’m Connie, I’m pleased to say I have been given the opportunity to complete my student placement with KASP. I have been studying an HND in counselling at Fife College and also working as a support worker.
I have always been driven and passionate about helping others, to become empowered in their own lives. I offer an empathetic and non-judgmental space, where clients can feel safe, seen and heard when starting their journey and healing process.
I have learned a variety of approaches when working from a pluralistic approach. It is flexible when considering that we are all diverse and unique individuals. My belief and understanding is that different approaches may work for different people at different times in their lives, ‘what fits best for each individual.
I offer a collaborative way of working and essential in the building of trust in the therapeutic relationship.
I am a genuine and creative person with a warm and cheery disposition. I love music and have a deep appreciation for nature, animals, and laughter.
