Meet Sara
Hi, I’m Sara. I’m pleased to be given the opportunity to complete my student placement with KASP. I am currently training under the Pluralistic approach. This means I can draw from many therapeutic approaches, theories and skills to offer a tailor-made therapy experience.
I do hold a previous qualification in counselling and have worked in the voluntary sector which specialised in childhood trauma and domestic abuse. Previous to my counselling career, I worked with young people with additional support needs. From this, I honour how everyone is unique and I can diversify my work to meet individual’s needs.
I am a calm, creative and warm person that offers a space to listen and will help you feel supported as we explore what feels important to you. In my spare time, I like being outdoors and appreciating nature.
